Our picks are:

Scotts Head
I believe that Soufriere and Scotts Head represent the island’s most stunning regions. Begin your journey at Scotts Head peninsula and make your way to the summit for an unparalleled island vista. The bay below is a product of an ancient underwater volcanic eruption, resulting in a distinctive undersea landscape renowned for some of the world’s finest wall diving opportunities. Snorkeling in Scotts Head is particularly exceptional, but be cautious of the prickly sea urchins – it’s best to avoid stepping on them.

Soufriere
The sulfur springs have been developed into spacious pools, each able to accommodate up to four people comfortably. These springs are our top pick in Dominica. Tucked away in the rainforest, they offer a serene spot for a couple of hours of relaxation.

Bubble Beach
Constructed by local Dale, Bubble Beach offers a unique twist on the typical sulfur spring pools. Located in Soufriere Bay, the hot water bubbles up beneath the sand in the shallow beach areas. Dale has ingeniously created two pools within the sea to harness this natural warmth. Additionally, he’s established a bar that serves a variety of delicious rum punches.

Weefee’s Bar
For a place to relax and rejuvenate, consider stopping by Weefee’s. You’ll find fantastic music, delicious food, and an extensive selection of local rums.

Soufriere Church
This is a delightful illustration of Dominica’s Catholic architectural style. Services take place every Sunday and everyone is invited to attend.

Diving
For a more immersive experience in Soufriere Bay, consider diving with Nature Island Dive. They provide introductory scuba lessons for beginners as well as guided dives for certified divers.
